people feel that their lives are getting faster and more frantic.
At the same time we are bombarded with information by the media
telling us what we should have and what we should do as well
as how we should do it. As a result many of us have lost touch
with our own values and beliefs and more and more people feel
dissatisfied and unhappy.

ourselves and to slow down enough to discover what is right

of rediscovering your own inner strength and wisdom is a rewarding
one. My role in this is to support you, helping you to shake
off negative patterns that have held you back, and to reconnect
with your strengths so that you can feel calmer, more focussed,

PSYCHOSEXUAL COUNSELLING I also work as a Psychosexual Doctor. Psychosexual counselling helps people to resolve sexual difficulties. These may have a physical or a psychological origin and most often a combination of both. Typical sexual problems include erectile difficulties, loss of interest in sex, premature or delayed ejaculation, impaired arousal, painful intercourse and difficulty or inability to have penetration, as well as problems with orgasm. Psychosexual medicine is a brief therapy based on psychoanalytic skills, and a variety of approaches are used to assist you in overcoming your problem. Most people find the sessions useful and much easier than imagined.
I am a member of the Institute of Psychosexual Medicine and also work within NHS Psychosexual clinics in Dorset.
